Second Latest Express Entry Draw 2023

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenships Canada (IRCC) announced the surprise latest express entry draw 2023 on January 18, 2023. They issued 5,500 invitations to eligible candidates. Firstly, IRCC announced the cut-off score of the latest express entry draw is 507. After a few minutes, they changed the cut-off score from 507 to 490. A total of 11,000 invitations are sent to eligible candidates in the latest express entry draw.

If you have points 507 or more, you will get the invitations to apply soon for permanent residency. This is the surprise express draw of 2023. There is no program specified in this express entry draw.

IRCC recently declared the express entry draw 2023 last week. The cut-off score for express entry was the same as the last draw. Usually, express entry occurs every two weeks. But in the last 2 years, IRCC has paused the express entry.
